For Outlaw Rogue, the key value is knowing when forced movement mechanics land — Killing Spree is a 2-second channel that becomes a DPS loss if you're moved mid-cast, and Adrenaline Rush is wasted if a reposition interrupts it. LittleWigs is required for dungeon boss modules — install both.
